Il treno storico di Fondazione FS Italiane dello scorso 16 novembre 2018 ha celebrato la completa riapertura della ferrovia Ceva - Ormea dopo l'alluvione del novembre 2016.
Il capolinea di Ormea si trova in Alta Val Tanaro, in provincia di Cuneo e a 45 minuti da Imperia.
