La Deutsche Reichsbahn nel 1925 incorporò tutte le 20 unità. Nella Seconda Guerra Mondiale 3 locomotive andarono distrutte. A fine conflitto 1 locomotiva rimase alle D/DR e le altre 16 vennero assegnate alle DB. Il primo ritiro presso le DB avvenne nel 1947, altri nel 1952 e 7 nel 1953.
