Convogli Tirana - Durazzo delle HSH composti da vetture UIC-X FS in livrea rosso fegato con doppio logo FS/HSH.
Le locomotive sono delle T669 cecoslovacche (ex CSD/CD) prodotte in scala H0 dalla "Extra":

Dovrebbe essere un produttore artigianale della Repubblica Ceca.
Le macchine utilizzano la meccanica Roco.

Credo che la motivazione stia solo nelle esigue risorse a disposizione delle ferrovie albanesi (HSH = Hekurudhat Shqiptare).
Le FS cedettero alle HSH numerose vetture di vario tipo; diverse carrozze sono state ricolorate nella livrea rosso-giallo, altre sono rimaste nella livrea originale, molte sono state accantonate.
Non conosco i particolari di questa operazione; probabilmente le FS hanno ceduto gratuitamente il materiale rotabile, ma queste notizie fanno riflettere:

"italian stock carriages in Albania arrived second hand from FS in 1992/3. In late 1997 a few of these were repainted in FS grey with three blue stripes, two beneath the windows and one along the bottom of each side. Totally number delivered are 63.
In 1999 six other arrived in Albania. Now in service are nine, how you can see in the video. A lot of the old ones are stored in Prrenjas."
