Nel 1989/90 le ferrovie albanesi (HSH) hanno ricevuto dalla DB cinque V200.
Le macchine sono state riverniciate in rosso brillante e rinumerate da 2001 a 2005.
Tutte le unità sono state accantonate nel 1993.
