Vietato portare elefanti in metropolitana...
Le 21/07/1950 ,le directeur du cirque Franz Althoff a fait embarqué Tuffi ,un éléphant de 3 ans ,dans le Schwebebahn du Wuppertal ,qui est un monorail suspendu . Le but était de créer une attraction marketing ,sauf que l'éléphant n'a pas apprécié la ballade ,s'est débattu et a couru à travers le wagon ,brisant une vitre et est tombé 12 m plus bas dans la rivière en dessous ,ne souffrant que de blessures légères . |

Certo che se prendi un elefante che si chiama Tuffi e lo carichi a bordo di una metropolitana sospesa per tutto il tragitto su un fiume, l'esito dell'esperimento non può essere che questo

Wuppertaler Schwebebahn - 1949
Le train suspendu de Wuppertal (Wuppertaler Schwebebahn) en 1949. Créé par Eugen Langen, à l'origine programmé pour être installé à Berlin, il a été construit à Wuppertal en 1900. Ouvert en 1901, il est toujours en activité comme système de transport local. C'est le plus vieux système de monorail au monde. Photos : Charles Steinheimer - LIFE Collections.

Mai aspettare se avete intenzione di fare qualcosa.
Purtroppo il sito citato in apertura della discussione non ha più in vendita la metropolitana sospesa in H0.
Non stiamo a interrogarci sulle ragioni, probabilmente la tecnica costruttiva vintage e il prezzo elevato hanno decretato la fine del progetto, anche i commenti alla presentazione del nuovo modello del 2015 non erano entusiasti.
Bene, cioè, male, oggi per chi volesse arredare il plastico con una linea statica si trovano in commercio i tralicci in carone lasercut da montare qui:
